Music Inspired by D-Day tells in 1 hour and 20 minutes the story of the road to D-Day: the preparations, the crossing of the Channel, the bloody landings on the beaches, and finally the downfall of the Nazi regime. Music Inspired by D-Day vertelt in 1 uur en 20 minuten het verhaal van de aanloop naar D-Day: de voorbereidingen, de oversteek van het Kanaal, de bloedige landingen op de stranden, en uiteindelijk de val van het naziregime. De film begint bij het gewone leven van de Joodse gemeenschap, tegenover de opkomst van het nazisme. Ook de mobilisatie in Nederland komt kort voorbij. Daarna volgen de militaire operaties, de bevrijding van de kampen, en als slot het laatste afscheid: de laatste reis van WOII-veteranen naar Normandië (The Last Pilgrimage). Beelden, muziek en montage zijn volledig door mij gemaakt.
